Doug Saarel - Senior Partner

Doug SaarelDouglas Saarel is President and Founder of Sky Ranch Seminars and The Montana Institute for Leadership Science. He is a Senior Fellow at The Wharton Graduate School of Business’ SEI Center for Advanced Studies in Management. He actively advises CEO’s and senior management at a number of major companies. For twenty-five years, Mr. Saarel was an executive with Johnson & Johnson, the Cleveland Clinic, PepsiCo, Squibb, and a corporate senior officer of The Coca-Cola Company.

Doug Saarel GlobalMr. Saarel has served on boards of directors and was a founding advisor of ICOM Simulations, Inc., a leader in multimedia interactive CD technology which later became a part of VIACOM Int’l. He is a former chairman of the Board of Overseers of The Aspen Institute and a moderator of its executive programs.
